Video Metrology

In addition to the standard arsenal of measuring equipment found in most quality control settings, K&E Plastics Quality Control Department uses video metrology for fast and accurate inspection of parts. The computer-driven OGP Flash 500 Video Metrology system uses quality optics for accuracy up to ±.00001 inches and also has touch probe and laser capabilities. The OGP is quick and the programs created allow repeat orders to be handled even more efficiently. The OGP can also do reverse engineering, creating CAD drawings from 3D analysis of parts.
